Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of a single service or more than 48 hours in advance of package / group / multiple service appointments incur no penalty. Should you need to cancel less than 24/48 hours in advance, we will make every effort to fill your slot. If we are unable to do so, you will be charged for the portion of the services.The Body Klinique accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
We guarantee your satisfaction with our products up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please let us know right away if a product does not meet your expectations. You may return any products purchased from The Body Klinique within two weeks for a full refund with your receipt for full house credit.

When making your appointments, let us know if you’d like to relax in the private lounge, sauna, or take a shower for a comfortable and luxurious visit.
In the interest of health, safety and relaxation for all guests, children under age 12 must be supervised by an adult for his or her appointment only. If you’re running late, we appreciate being notified of the delay. In order to respect our clients’ schedules, all service visits must end at the scheduled times.
